Who is Coach Tom?

Tom Smith is a former professional cyclist with 2x Olympic medals.

Tom had a back injury in 2004 which led to years of pain, suffering and underperforming results, despite representing Great Britain during that time.

Once diagnosed, Tom went through 2 operations to fuse his lower spine into place with a metal cage in 2008 & 2009.

His goal was to get back to cycling and decided the best way was to become a Personal Trainer in 2011 and work his way back into shape.

After working in a gym and taking on clients who competed in Adventure Sports, Triathlon, Half Iron Man and Body Aesthetic competitions, Tom moved out to Belgium in 2013 where he raced & continued to coach his clients online.

After retirement, Tom has returned to helping people once again as Coach Tom.

This programme has been designed to make you fitter, healthier, and stronger, and will give you a new lease of life.
